Larry Kesslin of Success Redifined
SAN DIEGO, CA –Larry Kesslin no longer defines success by business rank or bank account. In his new book, Success Redefined, the seasoned businessman explains that community and purpose connection play a bigger role than previously thought.
Kesslin is, by all traditional measures, a very successful entrepreneur, author and speaker. He shifted his entire career focus and left behind his last business to create Success Redefined. Kesslin’s move was prompted by a need to understand and address why business and financial success left many creative and ambitious people feeling unfulfilled.
Success Redefined describes his journey from success to significance. He now focuses all his time on creating a community of professionals who are passionate about leaving this world better than they found it.
Kesslin explains that the typical definition of success by entrepreneurs is “the ability to do whatever I want, whenever I want.” While this freedom is still worth striving for, Kesslin says it is missing an important corollary. He adds to that definition, “while being part of something greater than myself.”
“The Success Redefined community is a collection of motivated, self-aware, business-savvy individuals who know how to get things done. We realize that something needs to change, that our need to accumulate things and take from our planet needs to change and we need to use our business acumen to make it happen” says Kesslin.
Kesslin discuss the experiences and ideas behind Success Redefined on the Andrea Kaye Show on Monday, November 2, 2015 at 8pm. Kesslin will be featured during contributor Alicia I. Dearn’s Bellatrix Business segment.
