Bio


Elizabeth Krull received B.A. degrees in both Psychology and Sociology from the University of Minnesota in 2003. She then earned her Juris Doctorate from William Mitchell College of Law in 2007.  Well-versed in business and real estate law, she obtained trial experience early in her career and is a powerful  and talented lawyer in the courtroom and out.

Ms. Krull values her clients and believes in fighting the good fight.  She is skilled in commercial litigation, general civil litigation, medical malpractice and health care litigation, construction defect, real estate, landlord-tenant disputes, family law, and the formation of business entities. Ms. Krull has worked extensively with both individual and corporate clients. She takes pride in resolving real estate, small business, contract, and other legal issues and is experienced in not only trials but in arbitration hearings and mediation as well as other various forms of alternative dispute resolution.

Originally from Minnesota, Ms. Krull and her husband have made a home in San Diego for their three boys and Emme the Golden Retriever. Her favorite activities are hiking, going to the beach and family time.
